Potting Shed

After experiencing problems dealing with China directly, our client approached us to manage production on their behalf. Their product - a range of distinctive ceramic decorations and garden gifts; everything from twinkling toadstools, pixies and frogs, to wind chimes and garden lights. Our extensive experience with ceramics allowed us to take over the project easily, liaising with some of the best ceramic factories in the Far East. It was really important to maintain the artisan quality of the Potting Shed products and our team in China were able to pick up any problems while keeping the cost down.

Our design studio was inspired by their existing range and as a result we were able to suggest ways to expand it. We worked closely with the client to ensure that their brand identity was reflected in the new range. All the hard work paid off when the range was successfully launched at Spring Fair, 2010.
